What are the prerequisites for ventilation ducts?

1. The civil works related to the pipeline have been inspected and qualified to meet the installation requirements;

2. Design data and other technical documents are available, the construction plans have been reviewed, the construction organization design is completed and approved;

3. The equipment connected with the pipeline is fixed in place and the elevation, center line and nozzle position meet the design requirements.

4. The relevant processes, such as cleaning, degreasing, internal anticorrosion and lining, which must be completed prior to installation of the piping, have been completed;

5. Pipes, fittings and valves have been tested and qualified, and have the relevant technical documents;

6. Pipes, fittings and valves have been checked according to design requirements, the internal clean-up, no debris;

7. Underground trench excavation is completed, the installation of pipe gallery construction is completed.
