1. Air curtain cooling project Ventilation engineering Ventilation equipment
When air is ejected from the slit-shaped orifice at a certain speed, it forms a flat jet. If a suction slit is provided on the opposite side to inhale this airflow, a curtain-like airflow will be formed between the blowing and suction openings. The device that cuts off the air on both sides of the air flow by utilizing the momentum of the blowing air flow itself is called an air curtain. The air curtain installed in the building entrance is called the gate air curtain. The
The air curtain is also used to control the spread of pollutants at local sites. The device used for this purpose is called an air curtain partition or a blow-and-supply exhaust hood. It has been used in the production process of large-scale pickling tanks, sand casting workshops, and large-scale workpiece paints. Used in large quantities. Compared with the traditional partial exhaust hood, it has less power consumption, good pollution control effect, and does not hinder the production operation.
   2. Precipitator and harmful gas treatment equipment
When the concentration of pollutants in the discharged air exceeds the national emission standards, dust collectors or harmful gas treatment equipment must be installed so that the discharged air can meet the discharge standards before being discharged into the atmosphere.
A dust collector is a device that separates solid particles in a gas and is used in industrial ventilation systems to remove dust. In certain production processes (such as raw material crushing, non-ferrous metal smelting, grain processing, etc.), the particulate material contained in the discharged air is a raw material or product for production, and it is economically significant to recycle them. Therefore, in these sectors, dust collectors are both environmental protection equipment and production equipment.
   3. Fan
The energy required for air flow in the mechanical ventilation system is supplied by the fan. The commonly used fans are centrifugal and axial flow:
1Axial flow fan, in the case of the same impeller diameter and rotation speed, the air pressure is lower than that of the centrifugal type. The main advantages are small size, easy installation, and can be installed directly on the wall or pipeline; the noise is higher than the centrifugal type, mainly For ventilation systems with low system resistance.
2 Centrifugal fans have high head pressure and low noise. The backward-bending fan with airfoil blades is a low-noise, high-efficiency fan.
The fan used in the ventilation system is classified into dust-proof fan, explosion-proof blower and anti-corrosion fan according to the transmission medium.
