Ventilation  ducts are an important part of ventilation and air conditioning  systems, most of which are made of duct processing equipment (eg duct  production lines). However, due to a variety of reasons, may lead to duct processing equipment from the air duct problems.

1, processing materials are not up to standard

(1) performance: sheet surface is not smooth, uneven thickness, there  are obvious indentation, cracks, trachoma, scarring and corrosion, etc.;  duct plane subsidence, side outward bulging, there are obvious  deformation.

(2) Impact: air duct leakage during operation, air conditioning load increases, while the wind life and performance is affected.

(3) reason: material failure, can not meet the needs of the production duct.

(3) measures: the use of ducts in the production of air duct  equipment, the first to check the material factory certificate and  material quality certificate and the appearance of thickness, etc., to  ensure that the material is available.

2, the wind angle and elbow angle are not allowed

(1) performance: rectangular duct two relative plane, both sides of  the surface is not parallel; angle is not straight; diagonal is not  equal;

(2) Impact: will make the duct connection force is not uniform, the  installation of the duct is not straight, the flange is not tight, the  system air leakage, resulting in air conditioning load loss, and shorten  the service life.

(3) Reason: the board is not accurate under the stake; duct two  parallel, the opposite side of the sheet length and width are not equal.

(4)  measures: start cutting, the sheet should be strict angle square, the  length of each piece of sheet metal, and check the diagonal, so that  their deviation is controlled within the allowable range; Check the size of the two sheets of the opposite side of the duct to check the accuracy of the dimensions.

So in order to produce the ducts practical durable high quality, it  must be in the duct processing equipment before and after the operation  to do a good job in advance and ready to ensure that foolproof.
